Martial Arts Team Track

Ages 8 to 12

Technique Guided Group Lessons:

Discover the art of movement and discipline in a program tailored for the more focused student who learns well in a larger setting. With an expert approach in a dynamic group of a 1 teacher to 5 to 6 student ratio, this program still  provides more personalized instruction than  typical group-only dojos of 10 or more. Students will work together to accomplish goals in a supportive, inclusive environment that fosters confidence, connection and lifelong wellness.

Families can choose 1 of the 3 technique guided lesson times available. If a student cannot make their technique lesson, they may reschedule it for any of the other 2 days.  In addition, students can attend 2 more group classes from our flexible schedule to improve their basic kicks, strikes, muscle tone, coordination, and self-regulation in a fun and engaging environment.

Whats Included:

  • New Starter Uniform

  • 1 Technique lesson (5-6 students)

Group Classes (2 per week): 

➢ Mondays: 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm

➢ Tuesdays: 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm

➢ Wednesdays: 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm

➢ Thursdays: 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm

➢ Saturdays: 9:30 am - 10:15 pm (bag work)

Technique Guided Lesson Options:

➢ Tuesdays: 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm 

➢ Fridays: 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm 

➢ Saturdays: 11:00 am - 11:45 am

All our instructors are certified, background checked, CPR/First Aid trained, and employed (not volunteers). We also carry school district-level insurance. Unlike many extracurricular programs, we meet higher standards for safety, professionalism, and student wellbeing—no matter which program you choose.
